This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through OLVENIQ.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–30 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs procedures, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
OLVENIQ ships to the destinations available at checkout. If a country or region cannot be selected during checkout, delivery to that destination is currently unavailable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. The cost may depend on the destination, parcel size, parcel weight, and selected shipping method.
Any available free-shipping promotion will be displayed on the website or during checkout.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link.
Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active after dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier handling charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. OLVENIQ does not control these charges.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact OLVENIQ as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may no longer be possible.
Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or uncollected parcel may be charged to the customer.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If an order has not arrived within 30 business days after dispatch, please contact OLVENIQ and provide the order number.
OLVENIQ will review the shipment information and, where appropriate, contact the shipping carrier to investigate the delivery.
Damaged Parcels
If a parcel or product arrives damaged, please contact OLVENIQ as soon as possible. Include the order number and clear photographs of:

The shipping label
Please retain the product and all original packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
Separate Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be delivered in separate parcels and may arrive on different dates within the estimated delivery period.
