Versatility is usually a compromise; in the Amadeus it is a specification. A balanced seat, a semi-forward flap and hand-flocked panels make it the one saddle a serious amateur actually needs.

Only the tightest, cleanest sections of each hide meet our standard; the rest is set aside. What remains is leather with a dense, silky hand that holds its shape in work yet softens beautifully to the touch — the signature of slow European tanning and patient handwork.

• Stainless-steel stirrup bars, recessed and hand-polished
• Seamless deep seat construction with no pressure ridges under the rider
• Wool-flocked panels shaped on the bench, allowing millimetre-precise fitting and future adjustment
• Delivered in a cotton dust bag inside our deep-green saddle trunk carton

Care

Clean with a glycerine saddle soap as needed and condition sparingly — quality leather prefers little and often. Avoid oils in excess, which soften structure.
