Care
Shake out and air after each use; wash at low temperature with mild detergent and never tumble-dry. Hardware should be checked and wiped monthly. Our atelier offers re-binding and repair services to keep the piece immaculate season after season.

How does made-to-measure work?
After purchase, your concierge arranges a measurement appointment — in person in Prague or guided by video. Around forty measurements are taken; first fitting follows in 4–6 weeks.
What is the returns position?
Made-to-measure pieces are naturally personal, so we perfect rather than return: fittings continue until you are satisfied, guaranteed.
