We design boxes from the horse outward — sightlines, airflow, social contact, safety — then build the Lusitano to furniture tolerances in galvanised steel and hardwood.
Built by craftsmen who trained in both joinery and metalwork, each unit pairs kiln-dried hardwood with laser-cut, galvanised steel. Welds are ground smooth, edges are eased by hand, and every surface a horse can reach is finished to be safe, seamless and calm.
