The Polonaise bridle is patterned around the anatomy of the equine head — nerves, vessels and all — then executed in English bridle leather with the patience of old-world lorinery.

Cut, skived, stitched and edge-painted entirely by hand in our European atelier, this piece uses saddlery techniques measured in hours, not minutes: eight stitches to the inch, linen thread drawn through beeswax, edges sealed and polished until they feel like glass.

Design & Craftsmanship

• Old-gold or matte stainless fittings, individually cast and polished
• Supplied with matching hand-rolled reins in the same hide batch
• Browband finished with our discreet signature gold pin-line
• Hand-rolled cheekpieces and throatlash in English bridle leather
• Stitched in waxed linen at eight stitches to the inch — no rivets anywhere
• Contoured, tapering noseband padded with memory foam over softest calf lining

Specifications

Care

Clean with a glycerine saddle soap as needed and condition sparingly — quality leather prefers little and often. Avoid oils in excess, which soften structure.
