The Summit is a close-contact saddle in the classical sense: minimal bulk, maximal feel, and craftsmanship that survives water combinations and airport handlers alike.

Only the tightest, cleanest sections of each hide meet our standard; the rest is set aside. What remains is leather with a dense, silky hand that holds its shape in work yet softens beautifully to the touch — the signature of slow European tanning and patient handwork.

Design & Craftsmanship

• Covered calf-leather blocks, repositionable via concealed hook-and-loop plates
• Signature old-gold nameplate, individually numbered
• Hand-stitched in our European atelier — eight stitches to the inch in waxed linen thread
• Reinforced knee pads hidden beneath the flap for five-star durability
• Seamless deep seat construction with no pressure ridges under the rider
• Wool-flocked panels shaped on the bench, allowing millimetre-precise fitting and future adjustment

Care

Wipe dust and sweat after each use with a barely damp cloth, then feed the leather monthly with the OLVENIQ Leather Balsam. Keep away from direct heat, allow wet leather to dry naturally, and store on a shaped rack or padded hook. Treated with respect, this piece will serve for decades and acquire a patina unique to your stable.
